Student Ambassadors Wanted

Do you want to represent your university to prospective students? Do you want to enhance your communication skills? Do you want to earn £7.45 per hour? Why not become a Student Ambassador?

In Recruitment and Admissions we employ Student Ambassadors to assist with our events. We ask our student ambassadors to do many different tasks but the most common task would be campus tours. Ambassadors have to be good communicators and they must be polite and professional when working. This role is a great opportunity to increase your transferable skills and our ambassadors are always telling us how much the role has helped with their confidence and communication skills.

To become an ambassador all you need to do is fill out an application form (attached) and hand it in to the Recruitment and Admissions office (you can also email it to studentambassadors@hw.ac.uk). We are holding training sessions in week one of semester (see below) so if you want to start working almost straight away please submit your applications as soon as possible and tell us what training session you want to attend (you only have to attend one training session).
